By downloading, installing, or using the FreightSync mobile application or website (the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and FreightSync LLC ("FreightSync," "we," "us," or "our"), a limited liability company organized under the laws of Oklahoma. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Services.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use FreightSync. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal authority to enter into these Terms.
FreightSync is a mobile freight intelligence application designed for owner-operators and small trucking fleets. The Services include:
FreightSync provides informational tools to assist in load evaluation decisions. All calculations are estimates only. FreightSync does not guarantee the accuracy of fuel prices, toll estimates, load rates, or net pay figures. You are solely responsible for your business decisions.
Plans: FreightSync offers Standard ($54.99/mo) and Premium ($79.99/mo during early access, increasing to $99.99/mo after December 31, 2026) subscription tiers.
Billing: Subscriptions are billed monthly. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize FreightSync to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
Early Access Pricing: Early access pricing is locked for subscribers who join before December 31, 2026. After this date, rates will increase. Existing subscribers who joined before the deadline will retain their locked rate as long as their subscription remains active and uninterrupted.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through the app or by contacting support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months.
Refunds: All sales are final except where required by applicable law. If you believe you were charged in error, contact support@freightsync.net within 7 days of the charge.

FreightSync integrates with third-party services including 123Loadboard, Plaid, Stripe, Google Maps, and Firebase. Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third-party terms of service and privacy policies. FreightSync is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of any third-party service.
All content, features, and functionality of the Services — including but not limited to the FreightSync name, logo (U.S. Trademark Serial No. 99706728), software, design, and text — are owned by FreightSync LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not use, copy, reproduce, or distribute any portion of the Services without our prior written consent.
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. FREIGHTSYNC DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. LOAD CALCULATIONS, FUEL ESTIMATES, AND FINANCIAL FIGURES ARE ESTIMATES ONLY AND SHOULD NOT BE RELIED UPON AS FINANCIAL ADVICE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, FREIGHTSYNC LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO FREIGHTSYNC IN THE 3 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless FreightSync LLC, its founders, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
FreightSync reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, third parties, or the integrity of the Services. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Oklahoma County, Oklahoma.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
